Vintage Diamond Twig Engagement Ring by Independent Jeweller Caroline Brook
This engagement ring features 9ct gold and a vintage diamond solitaire, both of which have been repurposed from recycled materials, combining modern design with sustainability.
The band is created from an English twig. For this, I make a mould from a real twig and cast gold into the mould to create a solid gold twig showing the bark and knot detail of the twig. The ring is in mixed colours of yellow and white gold. The band is yellow gold with accents of white gold in the setting around the diamond and some of the surrounding berries. A really lovely soft contrast between the white and yellow gold with a fabulous organic look.
