All of our products are handmade to order, and as such we do not offer returns. However, in the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase because the piece you acquired is damaged or you believe it isn't up to standard, we will give you a refund if appropriate or make you another piece.
Rings
If your ring is too tight for you, where possible we will happily enlarge it for you. In most cases if the ring is too large for you, it won't be possible to make it smaller and we won't be able to accept it for a refund. Every piece is made to order, to the exact size specified to us by the customer at point of order. If you’ve ordered the wrong size by mistake, please contact customer_support@boutee.co.uk.
