Your rights

Under UK GDPR and, where applicable, GDPR, you may have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request erasure, restrict processing, object to certain uses of your data, and receive a portable copy of data you have provided. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you believe your information has been handled unlawfully.

What happens next

  • We may need to verify your identity before we can action your request.
  • Once your identity is confirmed, we aim to complete eligible deletion requests within 7 days.
  • In some circumstances, we may need to retain limited information for legal, regulatory, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or security purposes.
  • We will only use the email you provide to confirm receipt, verify your request, and, if you choose, let you know once deletion has been completed.

Your email address is the only required field. We use it to identify your account or other records and process your request.

We will still send you a confirmation email as soon as you submit this form.

We will only use this email to manage your request and, if you ask us to, update you on its status. We will never use it for marketing, and once your request is complete we will remove it unless we need to retain limited records for legal reasons.
